Our roots go back to V&S Flooring, a family-owned business operated by Charles’s uncle for 16 years. From a young age, Charles worked side by side with his uncle, learning not only the skills of the hardwood flooring trade but also the importance of honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and treating every customer’s home with respect.

Over the years, Charles became his uncle’s right-hand man, earning his complete confidence through dedication, reliability, and a shared commitment to excellence.

When his uncle decided to retire, he knew there was only one person he trusted to carry on the relationships and reputation he had spent years building: Charles.

In 2009, Charles took on the responsibility of continuing that legacy. What began as a family tradition grew into DCQ Wood Flooring, a company dedicated to preserving the values that made the original business successful while building a reputation of its own.

Today, with approximately 20 years of hands-on experience in the hardwood flooring industry, Charles continues to lead DCQ Wood Flooring with the same principles his uncle taught him: do the job right, stand behind your work, and never compromise on quality.
